Trust.

It applies to everyone.

We usually give them out to the people who we think deserves it.

Family. Friends. Officemates. Out-of-the-blue acquaintances.

But what happens if one of those people blatantly disregards the trust you have given them? Not just once, but twice.

You’d feel extremely betrayed, right?

That’s what I feel right now.

Worse, it’s from a family member.

I feel incredibly good now. I can proudly say that i’ve completely moved on from my previous relationship. Yes, it took me some time to admit it but as of today, i don’t feel that ugly feeling of sadness anymore. I’m at peace on what I am right now. I can now say his name again, look at the old pictures we had, listen to “our song” or even check out his Facebook page. Okay na ko - and I just wanted to share it with everyone. :)

Inherently Corrupt

pinoytumblr:

When taxi drivers used to incessantly complain they were not making enough from the PHP30 flagdown rate and PHP2.50 increment from their taxi metre, the government heeded their plight and decided to raise the rates to PHP40 and PHP3.50, respectively. We all hoped this would finally dispel them from being choosy with passengers and/or destinations; and deter them from demanding “additional” or tips with heavy traffic or long distances as excuse. Wasn’t the move to raise the taxi rates, indeed, intended to foster a more acceptable level of earning for drivers and enable them to finally carry on with their jobs more honestly?

Wrong.
